Living Care Record

Updated July 2026

Privacy Policy

SolenOS holds a person's care story. This page explains how we treat that information — in plain language.

What SolenOS is for

SolenOS helps families preserve continuity of a care journey — what happened, what changed, what remains uncertain — so caregivers do not have to reconstruct everything from memory.

We are not a social network, advertising platform, or medical advice service.

What we may collect

What you share about care, documents, and observations you choose to provide.

Account or early-access contact details you provide (such as an email address).

Basic technical information needed to run the service securely.

Optional product feedback you choose to send (including after understanding responses).

How we use information

To maintain your Living Care Record and help you understand the care reality over time.

To operate, secure, and improve SolenOS — never to sell care stories for advertising.

During early access, feedback may be used to improve how SolenOS organizes and understands care situations.

Who can see a Care Reality

The Living Care Record belongs to the person receiving care.

Trusted contributors you invite may add to the same Care Reality with attribution — SolenOS is not a family chat feed.

Your choices

You can review Privacy and Terms anytime from the public site or inside SolenOS.

Only upload information you are comfortable storing in SolenOS.

Contact us if you need help with access, correction, or deletion requests as we grow.
